A new recipe with the Vallein Tercinier VS : an alternate version of the Mandy Sour !
The RECIPE
- 5cl of Vallein Tercinier V.S
- 2cl of fresh lemon juice
- 2cl of mandarian juice
- 2cl of orgeat syrup
- 1 egg
- Press a 1/2 lemon to obtain 3cl of lemon juice
- Clarify the egg to keep only the white
- Put the lemon juice, the mandarian syrup, the orgeat syrup, the egg white and (of course !) the cognac into the shaker
- Give it a first shake without the ice to get a perfect emulsion
- Add the ice and give a second shake
- Put some ice into a proper cocktail glass
- Double strain it while pouring it into your glass
- Let 2 lemon slices on the surface of the cocktail
- And here it is : your alternate version of the Mandy Sour !
