First Audry on Hors d’Age
Category: Cognac tasting notes
Writing and posting cognac tasting notes is the reason why I created Hors d’Age. Delamain, Giboin, Hennessy, Couprie, Grosperrin, Jean-Luc Pasquet, Martell, Remy Martin, Vallein Tercinier, De Luze, Camus, Courvoisier, Tiffon…Whatever the brand, I hardly think that every cognac has to be tasted. VS, VSOP, XO, Hors d’Age. Fins Bois or Grande Champagne. 40% or cask strength. Every cognac.
